Because there is no school this week, and because I have had many days to sit in my house I have turned to watching everything that goes on outside my window. Those of you who knew me while I lived in DT will know that this isn't the first time I have done this. But I now know the neighbors patterns, who drives what car, what cars make what noises, how many kids each neighbor has, and some things I didn't want to know. But that is bound to happen when you look out the window all the time, right? Anway, I also watch the FedEx man, the UPS man, and the Mailman. I know what time of day they usually arrive and sometimes the mailman will park his car and eat his lunch in front of our house. The other day I needed to put something in the mailbox, but right when I went to go out the mailman pulled up so I quickly hurried back in the house. But as I am getting used to the neighborhood, I'm now over this and today I willingly talked to the mailman when he dropped off the package. I could have pretended like I wasn't home, like I had when other mail carriers had dropped things off, but no, I am now grown up. Aren't you proud of me?

You sound like a crazy old lady! One of my great aunts always did that too. It was really funny. She would like make up stories about everyone. (But.. I agree it is fun)
It's fun to drive up and see you peeking out the window...every day...always peeking out the window...
Yay for people watching! It's one of my favorite hobbies. In fact, that's pretty much all I did junior year in college. Hope you find some great stories, like I did.
